SHIPPING POLICY
NATURAL BAE ships to most countries worldwide via USPS and UPS for all domestic packages and DHL for all international packages. Alaska, Hawaii, addresses will be via USPS.
SHIPPING & HANDLING Charges are as follows:
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday 10a - 5p PST.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over $50. (after discounts and promos are applied).
- $24.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide
- Standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally.
- Please keep in mind that processing can take up to 5 business days during holidays or limited edition launches, sales/promotions and restocks, this time may vary.
- Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the following business day. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the item has been accepted and scanned by the carrier. Any late deliveries, air and ground transportation, customs delays, natural occurrences, etc. are out of our control and refunds will NOT be issued while orders are marked "In Transit" by the carrier.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded minus $10 restocking fee. Package must be received and processed at our shipping hub.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Here’s how it works: You order, we process, and then we ship. Simple, right?
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes a few business days. Orders will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY. Shipping and delivery updates will be sent via email once the order has shipped. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships and your new fav is on the way! Orders are expected to arrive within 4 business days AFTER the shipping confirmation is received.
ORDER TRACKING
We'll send you another email when your order ships that includes a tracking number, so you can keep track of just how soon your NATURAL BAE slay will arrive.
Tracking updates can be found on USPS.com using the tracking number sent in the order confirmation email.
For International orders, items will be shipped via DHL Express, 2-8 day delivery. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees, taxes and duties. Additional shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
