HAIRCARE MAINTENANCE TIPS 

Natural Bae ponytails are designed to last at least 12 months. The longevity of your ponytail can vary, depending on how often you install it. It is essential to treat your hair extensions like you would treat your own natural hair. Daily co washing, deep conditioning and storing in the Natural Bae satin storage bag will keep your extensions looking and feeling like brand new. 

I JUST RECEIVED MY NATURAL BAE PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?

•  Inspect your extensions throughly
• Keep in mind all curls patterns will stretch once they are co washed.
• Prior to installing, gently co wash with a moisture rich conditioner and allow  hair to air dry overnight on hanger. 
• With the Kinky Straight texture, we recommend blow drying with the Natural Bae Brush or comb attachment. 

HOW DO I CO WASH MY NATURAL BAE PONYTAIL?

• Always detangle your ponytail with conditioner prior to cleansing.
• Use a moisture rich conditioner or moisture infused shampoo to cleanse.
• Do not roll or rub hair. Pat dry with microfiber towel and allow hair to air dry.
• When brushing ponytail, start at the ends and work you way to the roots.
• Define and style ponytail with leave in conditioner and curl defining custard.
• We recommend hanging to air dry overnight. 

• If heat styling, always use a lightweight heat protectant prior to blow drying or using a hot tool.
• Please don’t blow dry hair root to close to blow dryer

PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS 

It is imperative to avoid using heavy serums, moisturizers, and oils. Unlike your natural hair, your extensions will not produce its own oils, therefore, it is best to avoid using harsh shampoos or cleansers on a regular basis.
